... when voting on a phone, it's not immediately clear to some people that they need to click their response a second time to "confirm" and actually submit their answer. Maybe have it say "Click to Confirm" or "Confirm?" or "click to submit your answer" or whatever you think would clearly communicate what they need to do. :-)
