I would love to see the video auto advance to the next slide after the video played

Another solution that would really help here is to have a 'in point' and 'out point' setting to just play a clip/portion of a video.
Andrew Hartman
Brady Ebert If you could rank these, how would you rank them?
Also you can play/pause, mute/unmute and restart as of now! (See Screenshot attached)

Andrew Hartman: The skip to option would be the most useful to have but a simple video interface such as any factory video player would be perfect.
You can play and pause but I'm not sure about you but I've had plenty of times where a student or I have accidentally skip to the next slide and currently there's no way to go back to that slide and start in the center of the video where it stopped

Justin Schultz
Brady Ebert: Which is extremely challenging when it’s a 15 minute teaching video! 😅
Carrie Mitchell
Andrew Hartman: We also want the ability to start and stop the video at specific places in the video, like if we are just playing a clip of a song and want it to start at the chorus and only play for like 15 seconds

Carrie Mitchell: The in/out point described above would let you do this , and also could put the longer video on multiple slides with different in and out points to play a clip and freeze, and then next slide could continue from that point or further ahead, etc. Simple solution.

Brady Ebert: Having the player remember where it left off and resuming from the last played location would be ideal here.

Brady Ebert: Instead of or in addition to in/out points, having bookmarked locations in a video that the player can jump to would be good also so someone can pick up at a certain point to continue.

Andrew Hartman: TBH, all I’d like added on video control is the ability to click and drag or click on any point of a timeline to skip to there. 😌 (scrubbing, right? I can’t remember.)
Nick Delja
Brady Ebert: in Sidekick, if you accidentally skip ahead and return to the slide, it will pickup where you left off 😀
Nick Delja
Tim Ritter: Hey Tim, with the latest updates, this is now the behavior 😀
Brady Ebert
Nick Delja: that's cool but I'm looking for actual control over the video, not hoping the system will get it right for me.
Nick Delja
Brady Ebert: for sure! If there was a scrub bar, would that accomplish what you looking for?
Brady Ebert
Nick Delja: that would be a good start
